  Awesome service! Was so impressed with the advice, I had no clue what I needed to heat my house..David was so helpful and provided me with options. I love my fireplace! Thank you so much for your help, the process was seamless from start to finish. The installer was brilliant also - no mess. I would certainly recommend Cradle Mountain Fireplaces.

  Great service, end to end. We were after a wood heater. David took us through the options in a knowledgeable way. They were very helpful in providing free home inspection to advise the best unit for our home. After sales service was great also.

  Beware - What started as an apparent customer caring place soon went up in smoke. Once they get your money, they treat you with complete contempt. I have never written a bad review about any business, however, I was compelled to write this message to warn others to stay away. Go to another company where you receive after sales service. Especially with a new fire place where many things can and do go wrong. In my experience, the staff are wonderful, helpful, almost to the point of being smarmy until they have your money after which, they are arrogant, self righteous, uncompromising, spiteful and downright nasty. I highly recommend that you shop elsewhere.

  s home ready for renting out - they would accept any liability. When I wrote an adverse review, they blackmailed me by saying they wouldn't repair the heater unless I withdrew my review. I did that, in the interest of having the heater repaired, but when it was returned for repair, they insisted I didn't include the face plate - SO WRONG :-(

  Without doubt the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. My dealings with them are a horror story of the first order. Although they admitted liability for providing me with a fire which had an element way too large for their top of the range heater (which kept burning out) to make sure they secured the sale - I was on a timeline to get my mother

  Had a brilliant experience with Cradle Mountain Fireplaces. From my initial enquiry to my install, I was very impressed. The main reason I went with them was the advice I received was critical in ensuring I had the right system to suit my house. Other companies just wanted to know how much I wanted to spend and would have happily taken my money without the fireplace even heating my home. I loved that they cared, took time to understand my needs and sold me a wood heater that fits my home perfectly. Thanks guys, would recommend you anytime.

  I am getting another wood heater from Cradle Mountain Fireplaces for my shack this winter as I was very impressed with their friendly customer service, and can be sure they will provide the unit best suited to my application. Thanks David & team.
